CASA CERRILLOS SUPPORTIVE LIVING PROGRAM
28 Apartments for Adults with Disabilities
Casa Cerrillos provides income-based affordable housing, case management, substance-abuse counseling, life-skills training, referrals, and supplies.
Casa Cerrillos’ Permanent Supportive Housing program offers traditional apartment living in a 28-unit efficiency apartment
complex to homeless adults with physical or mental disabilities. Oftentimes, the individuals residing at Casa Cerrillos have
co-occurring substance abuse issues.
Residents pay below-market rent based on income and can stay from a few months to several years depending on their needs.
On-site counselors and program managers offer a full range of supportive services from life-skills training to obtaining benefits.
The skills gained by Casa Cerrillos residents are indispensable, and aid in the process of residents becoming independent and
self-sufficient.
